Article from Western Morning which reports the reaction of Dr Adrian Rogers (of the Conservative Family Institute) to government proposals to count HIV as a progressive disease alongside cancer and multiple sclerosis in the disability discrimination Bill. Dr Rogers, parliamentary candidate for Exeter, stated that HIV and AIDs were "self inflicted" due to "immoral behaviour." Moreover Dr Rogers maintains that "I don't believe discrimination against disabled people exists at all. There's too much bureaucracy already"
